The COVID-19 pandemic dramatically changed life in a just a few weeks. Numerous restaurants, retailers, schools, entertainment venues and businesses closed. Many lost their jobs. Grocery stores and online retailers ran short or ran out of items. The swiftness of the change caught many by surprise.
