In my lifetime it has always been in my thoughts to be able to help others to help themselves. I truly believe that Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission prepares others to face new challenges in life and helps to give them the opportunity to care for themselves and lead others to do the same.

This is the main reason that I felt compelled to write the cookbook “TASTY TEMPTATIONS”. The book contains 500 recipes collected over the last 40 years from family, friends and my own creations.

I am very hopeful that the book will be a successful endeavor. I know that God will guide me in this project so that I may donate as much money as is possible to Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission, along with 3 other charities: PBCF (Primary Billiary Cirrhosis Foundation), Ellensburg Food Bank and the Senior Lunch Program in Sierra Vista, AZ.
