October 31st, the Youth Services is hosting a community wide Halloween Alternative from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at our Youth Reach Out Center located at 3800 South Othello (MAP). The event is FREE and all ages are welcome. There will be carnival games, inflatables, entertainment, candy, hot dogs, chips, and drinks, as well as raffles all night long for great prizes.
