Christmas food for 80 people - breakfast and dinner Roast beef 50lbs Ham 50lbs Yams 15 lbs potatoes 20 lbs green beans 15 lbs fresh greens (collard/spinach) 15 lbs green salad makings 3 heads of 3 kinds pop 12 cases milk 40 gallons whole apple juice 2 gal apple cider 10 gal hot chocolate mix 5 boxes eggs 25 dozen bacon 30 lbs sausage 30 lbs biscuits 75 cans orange juice 2 gal ranch dressing for salad 1 gal fruit salad makings (canned pineapple, mandarin oranges, fruit cocktail, marshmallows, whipped cream) 1 gal can of each pies and whipped cream 10 pies and 6 cans and 4 quarts of whip cream 300 large plastic plates, forks, knives, spoons, napkins, 200/ 8 oz and 300/16 oz cups
