It was quite a memorable night as KING-5 TV's Evening Magazine made a dream come true for a family living at the Mission.
8-year-old Bailey, brother Marcus, and their mom Stephanie have been living at our Women & Children's Shelter for 3 months and Bailey wanted to do something extra special to honor her mom for Mother's Day.
So she wrote a letter to John Curley and with the help of the Evening Magazine team, they surprised Stephanie with an incredible night on the town at a Seattle landmark Bailey had been eyeing for some time - the restaurant at the top of the Space Needle!
